The pandemic has created an abrupt business transformation in every area of activity, including Pharma and its entire ecosystem. Health-care providers, hospitals, patients, pharma company employees, teams, leaders, and the very industry itself have been forced to adapt to a new way of operating. The belief that things will eventually “go back to normal” is unrealistic. The course is an archived learning session hosted by two veteran leaders in business psychology, Dr. Steve Courmanopoulos & Dr. Sean Hayes. The content is intended to be thought-provoking, inspirational, and action-oriented, rather than didactic. The recording focuses on the personal adaptations that people can make to better cope with adversity and to more effectively prepare for change in the future.
